Branchless finishing boards for saunas are made of high-quality black alder saw logs, and can be used as interior sauna finishing materials for walls and ceilings. To prevent deformation during operation, black alder finishing boards are industrially dried and contain 16% (+/- 2%) moisture. There are two classes of finishing boards for saunas available: class 1 and class 2, both have a smooth, planed surface. After purchase, the materials should preferably be stored in a dry space with low humidity.
